Billing information that is incorrect will result in a failed payment. In event that a payment fails, you will notice a pre-authorization charge on your bank or credit card account. I Placed an Order. When will my package arrive?
All packages ship via USPS in the United States. DHL and FedEx options are available for international orders. The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days, and 10-15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.
I am an International Customer (Outside U.S.A.) Do I have to pay Customs and Taxes?
All packages are shipped via USPS. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Armageddon MFG.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
What Method is used for Shipping?

Are there fees for customs and import charges for international customers?
Shipping and handling fees charged by Armageddon MFG exclude customs, taxes, and additional charges once package exits the US.
Which international countries does Armageddon MFG ship to?

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact [email protected] within 48 hours of purchase. You MUST include photos and the invoice number along with your request. Replacement of any item is at the sole discretion of Armageddon MFG management.

Can I modify my order?
To add onto an order, you will need to begin a new transaction. Note: original transactions cannot be modified.

Can I change my order once I’ve placed it?
No, once you place an order it is final.
Can I cancel my order?
To cancel an order, please e-mail armaged[email protected] Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled. Due to our fast processing times you can request a change to your order, however we cannot guarantee the change before the item(s) are shipped.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
Yes, by setting up an account you will have access to order and shipping information. You will also be added to our email list for exclusive updates in the future.
I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?
Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation E-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at [email protected] with your inquiry.

No. All sales are final. Please note, Armageddon MFG. reserves the right to refuse all returns.

Free USPS domestic shipping is offered during promotions. International customers are not eligible for free shipping.
Before we dispatch your order, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer.
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note: any orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will not be shipped until Monday.
Arrival time with free shipping is not guaranteed. For guaranteed arrival time, please purchase an upgraded shipping option for an additional charge.
- INTERNATIONAL POLICIES
Armageddon MFG is delighted to have customers from all around the world. We ship to the most international countries to better serve all our clients and Armageddon MFG fans. International orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country’s customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be.
NOTE: If you refuse delivery of the shipment, you will be held responsible for payment of all return shipping fees and any applicable fees, duties and taxes. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments. Which will be deducted automatically from your original form of payment.
